One bedroom in a 2 BR 1 BA apartment located in North Park near University Heights.

The room is a great price for the area. There are two parking spots, one in the garage and one right behind the garage. Ample storage space in the garage and in the unit. Laundry in the complex, A/C and dishwasher in unit. I have a water cooler, a 47“ TV and some basic gym equipment that you’ll be free to use if you’d like.

I work at the office, so remote workers would have place to themselves during the workday.

You can move in anytime between now and January 1st. If you move in before 1/1/23 the rent will be prorated and I’ll pay $250 of it (discounted in addition to the pro-rated amount)
