East Sahara Avenue

Hello! Looking for a roommate for my spare bedroom and shared bath. The bath isn’t inside the room but would stay private as I rarely ever have guests(I’ve probably had 5 people in the last year come over). The apartments are all gated and it’s a very central area! 20mins from the strip and 15mins to downtown.

It’s just me living here. I am very laid back and quiet. I have two pups so liking animals is a must! On my work days the pups usually go with me. I work all mornings on weekends and sometimes doubles. On my days off I usually hang out in my room or watch tv in the living room. I tend to keep to myself. I try to keep quiet hours of 11pm-9am. I am 27 and on some rare occasion I do go out with friends and come home late. I do believe in communication so I always like letting my roommates know so I don’t disturb their sleep or schedule.
