Beautiful home in South Capital Neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and the capital campus. Bike friendly. Own bedroom and bathroom with a small living area that can be used as an office or small living room. Garden space available in the backyard as well as a fire pit.

Currently, two of us live in the house with bedrooms upstairs. We like to fish and be in the outdoors. We are both easy going, quiet, and communicative individuals. We like to occasionally have folks over for a fire in the backyard on the weekend.
