Room for rent in Fox Run, in a 3 Bedroom Condo. No Lease, Month-to-Month. I’m an Aggie grad student and I am currently living at Fox Run with another grad school friend of mine. We have a third bedroom available as of January 2023. The unit is within Fox Run, a gated community of privately owned condos, with shared amenities such as a volleyball court and pool. Fox Run is right next to campus, walking distance to Brookshires and West Campus, and on the Aggie bus route. The condo of course has all the expected amenities, and I value cleanliness and organization, so everything is in good condition and working order. As for the room, the one coming available is one of three, each with its own private bath and closet. Rent is $610 per month, and does not include utilities, which are split evenly three ways among roommates. Applicants of all types are accepted and encouraged to apply or ask me any questions you may have. As for myself, I’m a PhD student in Agricultural Economics, male, and did my undergraduate degree here at Texas A&M as well. I’m a pretty laid back roommate and hope to become fast friends with anyone who moves in. There’s no contract commitment, only an agreement to split utilities, take responsibility for your room, and give at least four weeks notice before moving out
