Madison's room

Our place is a 4br 1ba two story home, centrally located near WWU. Laundry in-unit, full kitchen with dishwasher, heat throughout, wifi, and smart tv. The room is furnished and located on the first floor with nobody above (under the upstairs breezeway) with a closet, high ceiling+window and adjoining living space which is unused and considered an extension of the room and free for use by the 4th roommate. Rent is $675 plus water and electric which usually comes out to $50 in total.

We’re 2 guys and 1 gal (me) in our mid-20s, and I have a chill little female blue heeler who just turned 5 in June. We all work 5 days a week and are awesome about maintaining quiet for each other with consideration to our schedules. We’re frequently out of the house hiking, travelling, etc.
