3 bedroom house 3 current tenants one is leaving soon I have a cat me and the other tenant are both females the one leaving is male, u are not renting from the home owner you are renting from me but you still need to be approved by homeowners they give u a background check then u have to be added on the lease. No felonies no hard drugs no parties other than that I’m really easy to get along with just pay it rent and utilities on time. No violent crimes.

The other female roomie is sweet and laid back but hardly ever here, I’m the same but I’m here all the time. I have a 7 month old cat so I’d prefer another cat to a dog
