Manayunk Avenue

We are looking for one more male roommate to fill this 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house in Manayunk. The living room and kitchen are furnished, and new updates were just made to both. There’s a washer/dryer in the basement, and also a really nice backyard with great views. The house is also in a great location - it’s a short walk to Main St. and SEPTA. And street parking is available. The room is ready for move-in now for $725 a month plus utilities. It’d be an individual 1 year lease with flexibility on the timing.

Roommates are pretty easy going, everyone stays active (skiing, basketball, hiking, climbing) and likes watching sports. Things are kept pretty clean and quiet during the week, but also enjoy doing stuff on the weekends and having a good time. It would be great to have another roommate who’s looking for something similar.
