About the room
10ft6in x 9ft9in bedroom in good sized townhouse right off NW 23rd Ave. Amazing location with shops, restaurants, parks (including Forest Park) just minutes away. 99 walkability score. The photo shows a bed and lamp but those will be removed, my old roommate left them and I told her I would take them to the thrift store, just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
Chance to renew in May 2024 but I’ll be moving in with my girlfriend when the lease is up.
About the place: It’s a pretty good sized unit with two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. I have a dog, she’s ~35lbs and extremely sweet and loves people and other dogs and cats. I’m allergic to cats but I’m open to discussing it, but the litter box would need to be in your room. There’s a basement with a lot of storage. The kitchen is old, well the entire building is old as it was built in 1930, but the kitchen has a working stove and oven, all that is fine, the fridge is a little on the small side but you’d have your own shelf. There’s a cute courtyard and the neighbors are really friendly.

About me: I’m 32 years old male, I’m a psychotherapist and I work from home. I try to travel a lot, sometimes I’m not home at all on the weekends.
