Hi everyone! We are looking forward to welcoming a new female tenant in our home on January 1st: We have one bedroom available in a house in a great neighborhood in SE Portland. The house is shared with 3 other roommates. Two (1 f, 1 m) will be upstairs with you, and one (f) in the fully finished basement. Room available is approx 12x12, with a closet and two windows. It is a month to month lease but we prefer someone who plans to stay for a while. The house has a full size basement with laundry, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one in the basement), a kitchen, and a lovely spacious backyard. street parking is easy in the neighborhood. House is located in Inner SE Portland, centrally located to bars and restaurants on Division & Hawthorne. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood that is great for walks and bike rides. The people who live here are in their late twenties to mid thirties. We like to keep it quiet and calm, especially at night, and respect each other’s privacy. We are not looking for anyone that’s a heavy partier. We all enjoy alcoholic beverages, but are not looking for a roommate that is a heavy drinker or a substance abuser. There is a cleaning schedule for the bathroom upstairs since it is shared between 3 people. We each clean the bathroom once a month. We are all good about keeping the shared spaces clean and we expect this of our new roomie! No couples, children, or pets please!!!

• 685 for the room -Monthly utilities
• gas ranges from 5-20 depending on heating usage
• electric ranges from 40-70 depending on usage
• water is billed quarterly and costs about 40 per month 425 for security deposit and 60 application fee through the property management company.
• Cost due at move in 1,165
