ABOUT THE ROOMS:

Two Bedrooms for rent adjacent to a larger common area (currently being used as a Pool Room & Bar). Williams Wall Heater for the Winter with individual room thermostats for Privacy. Summer-time is cool for this part of the home. Includes a private bathroom with two sinks & a walk-in shower. The Laundry Room (separated by a door) is adjacent to the bathroom which would be shared with myself. I only need to wash clothes once a week (preferably on weekends) – All new equipment.

10 Acres with a Large Paved Driveway for parking about three automobiles – more for friends if needed!

Rear Deck is exclusive to tenants for entertainment and meals.

Brand new kitchen is available for meal preparations.

ABOUT ME: I’m a single man (60) living in the upstairs portion of the house made up of the Great Room, Master Bedroom & Kitchen. I have my own deck for privacy!

Other rooms that I will be using is my weight room and wine cellar.

I have two business’s which require one hour of office time early in the AM and then I’m gone the rest of the day Monday thru Friday. Weekends are spent either cooking or participating in sporting events.

ABOUT YOU/COUPLE: I’m pretty easy to work with as long as we follow a few rules:

• Pay your bills when there due

• To Start $850/Room (monthly) + $600 (security deposit)
• Utilities Included unless things change by 8%
• Internet is available – Unlimited and Included

• Show respect for myself and others with respect to entertainment. I’m not opposed to entertaining friends and having some fun, just not to extreme’s (like every day).

• Drink with control and smoke outside of the home.

• No Pets (negotiable)
