Beautiful farm house on 10 acres of land where it’s typically very peaceful and quiet.

The house is located in the small town of Newark in Worcester County, Maryland. It’s a great location if you’re looking to live out in the country scenery away from the busier cities and towns.

It’s in between Ocean City and Salisbury, about 30 minutes from both. It’s about 15-20 minutes from Berlin and 15-30 minutes from Snow Hill and Pocomoke City.

The property is a 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with a shower and 1 half bathroom farm house with a sun room, living room, kitchen and laundry room. You must be comfortable sharing a bathroom as there is one shower. You must be ok with farm houses. You will see spiders in the summer and mice in the winter.

There is one unfurnished bedroom available. The other two bedrooms are currently occupied with two female roommates.

Each bedroom has its own heating and cooling unit and you can set your room to your desired temperature.

The bedrooms and full bathroom are located upstairs. The rest of the common areas are furnished. There is a washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining area, living room, sun room, laundry room and half bathroom are located downstairs.

The total amount for the property is $2200 a month, split 3 ways between myself and 2 roommates is approximately $735 per person/tenant for rent. This does not include utilities. There is a $1400 security deposit due along with rent to take over the lease. My roommates request that you are a responsible individual with a full time job and you are able to pay for your portion of rent and utilities each month.

This is an animal friendly house and farm. The house currently has 5 dogs and if you have a dog my roommates request that it must be a female dog. There are many outdoor and farm animals that include 2 cats along with several horses and chickens.

If you have a horse there is an area for having them on the 10 acre farm. If you have a horse or horses my roommates require your horse(s) to have current coggins, shots, and have taken care of your horse(s) on your own because they share a pasture.

I am looking for someone to take over my portion of my lease by 2/1/2023. The lease ends 5/31/2023 — it was signed for a year that started on 6/1/2022.

My other two roommates are both female. They are both dog groomers. They are animal lovers that are owners of dogs, cats, horses and chickens.
