ideal for short term living conditions to get a taste for the area. small space that can fit a queen bed (currently in process to get a room divider to maximize privacy). ideally, this person would be quiet clean and have stable income to pay each month on time. the bathroom, living room, kitchen/ appliances would be shared, but you would get a whole closet to store your personal belongings in. Looking to have someone move in at the beginning of January.
