About the room
I received the house in our divorce but unfortunately the appliances “disappeared” before it was handed over to me. So far I’ve replaced the washer and fridge, but I still need to replace the dryer, stove, and A/C. The house is a work in progress but it’s in a nice area and all bills are included in rent, plus you can purchase a fob to access our gym and pool.
The area is WALKABLE with grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, Pilates, and salons all within 0.2 miles by sidewalk.
Cannabis friendly but must smoke outside.
Room is unfurnished. Bed and night stand shown have been removed.
About the roomies
Early 30s female, work from home, with toddler and 2 cats. I’m open to other children, pets, and potentially couples (rent may be more for a couple, however). This is a townhome with wood floors throughout so it’s not soundproof by any means. You must be someone who doesn’t mind a toddler running around.
