The apartment is furnished, not the bedroom. Bright bedroom with ceiling fan, Wifi, and a closet. 5 min walk to 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Shuttle trains 30 min to Manhattan, 10 min walk to Prospect Park, Botanical Garden, and Brooklyn Museum. Experience NYCs second best park. Franklin Avenue is a walkers’ paradise, renowned for its hip eateries, and mom-and-pop shops. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible with good energy. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and salons are a 1 - 3 minute walk, you are in the center of a popping neighborhood.
About the roomies
I work from home Monday’s and Friday’s. In the office Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. I go to church on Sunday’s. I am clean, non-smoker and non-drinker. I workout 4-5 times a week. You will live with me.
