Anna's room

The room is fully furnished (bed frame, bedding & nightstand), has double sliding closets with built in shelves and a private bathroom right next to it. The bathroom has a combo shower/tub, plenty of storage space under the sink, a medicine cabinet and an additional storage cabinet to provide plenty of storage space. There’s a large kitchen, wood fireplace, and a big backyard with a gazebo and fire pit. The third bedroom in the home is a spare/storage room and office great for students or WFH professionals. There’s also a two car garage with one space available and decent sized driveway so street parking should never be necessary, but there is plenty available! No HOA in this neighborhood, and the mailbox is right across the street. Lease term is super flexible!

I am searching for a roommate to take over one bedroom in a three bedroom home. No preference on gender (couples welcome as well.) I work full time at a non profit animal shelter and have a part time office job, so I’m not home much during the week but I do like to hang out around the house on my weekends. Although I work early mornings, I’m very much a night owl. I’m usually up just watching tv so I can always go to my room if my roomie is on a different schedule. I like to cook, and I love to share with my roomies!

This is not a cannabis friendly home - all smoking including wax pens must be done outside.

Cleanliness is very important to me, I expect my roommate(s) to clean up after themselves but I don’t mind handling the bulk of general house chores. I absolutely love animals but I have 3 of my own so a roommate without pets would be ideal. I may be open to another cat in the house, but I can’t do another dog. I’m pretty social and like to live with people I can call friends, but can definitely give people their space!
