I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease (effective February 1st, 2022) on a room I am renting in a townhome in Meridian, ID.

The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 and half bath town home.

It is important to note I am on the lease so you would effectively sign me out of the lease and we would sign you onto the lease and you would take on the appropriate costs from there as of February 1, 2023. I can work with you on date if you need sooner or later a couple weeks to a month.

$600 per month rent due the first of the month, and utilities in the middle of the month (roughly $50-$75 a month)

The lease is up at the end of September 2023.

There are currently two other men (both 24 and 25 years old). One of the guys has a very well behaved roughly 60 pound dog that spends all of her time with him and is incredibly friendly and quiet.

The roommates are both quite and reasonably clean and respectful.
