Room is a big one. Has two closets. Bed is included and some furniture. Laundry facilities available in the complex. You will share the kitchen that has refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and toaster oven. Dining area is also there. Apartment has a balcony facing the parking lot. Apartment is on the bay. There is beautiful view of the river from the porch.

Neat and clean. Keep the apartment clean. Both working and have an atmosphere that is friendly. Very agreeable and someone you can get along with.
