Separate entryway from the bottom half of the house. Very quiet street and we intend to keep this way. So no obnoxious tenants please! Toiletries provided. FREE LAUNDRY ROOM!!! Ring security system that works with any smartphone. Camera system around property. Plenty of parking. This is more catered towards the traveling nurses or other hospital subcontractor, student or someone who is responsible. I live here but you will have to deal with the landlord directly. I just want to get someone in here with me who is normal and clean
