ONLY FEMALE ROOMMATES! My roommate and I live in a 3-bedroom on the 3rd floor of an apartment in Providence, RI. We are a 7-minute drive away from downtown Providence and a few minutes from the J&W campus. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished but the room is not. Internet and all other bills will be included in the rent. For more details, please send a message. There is street parking but we are located close to the bus line (R-line and Bus #1). The new roommate will need to be fully vaccinated (2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine + 1 booster), no pet owners, and a non-smoker.
