Seaside Sanctuary: A room one female available

Peaceful Seaside Sanctuary 4 bed 2.5 bath home in upper Seaside has a clean furnished bedroom available with a full sized bed, a desk, a chair, a smart TV and a shared bathroom available. Seeking a female student who is focused on their studies and/or are truly dedicated to making a difference in the world. The rent includes a fully furnished house share, outdoor patio with hot tub, security system, water, gas, electric, solar panels, garbage removal, wi-fi, washer/dryer and on street parking. We request no smoking, no drugs, alcohol use in moderation, no house parties and no overnight guests in this home. A hypoallergenic small elderly therapy dog lives on property. We request no additional pets. Proof of vaccination and on-going boosters required. Must be Covid considerate, neat and tidy to share this home. There will be an interview process for applicants via google meet. The rent is $1100.00 a month for each (single occupied) room. The rooms available after: February 1, 2023.

The home was set up to be a sanctuary safe space for women who are dedicated to making a difference. Two rooms are usually reserved for students each year. Another room is for the property manager who ensures that home is well maintained and cared for - she works in a remote capacity from home. One room is reserved for the owner of the property who lives in Berkeley full time and visits and stays in her private suite about once per month or as desired. So basically 3 Full time tenants and one part time owner. We are all considerate, kind and dedicated. We live with ease, are drama free, foster good communication skills, embrace each others autonomy, enjoy shared meals sometimes and are respectful of each other and the property. A google meet interview will take place to get to know each other first before any tour as we care about a good fit first and foremost.
