2500 sq.ft. home located 15 minutes from Naval Station Norfolk, less than 10 minutes from downtown Norfolk, and 15 minutes from VB Towne Center. 4 bdrs and 2.5 bathrooms. Large backyard and front porch with chairs. Room is big enough to have an entire bedroom set. There’s also more storage located in the garage. Bathroom will be shared with male roommate. Electric, water, and Wi-Fi would be split between all 3 roommates. It has never exceeded $150. Looking for someone that isn’t loud or messy. Forgot to mention… security system with cameras in house. Male and female roommates both officers in the Navy. Both are respectable and clean. Male roommate: quiet and stays in room all day playing video games or watching Netflix. Female roommate: typically stays in room but can sometimes be found watching Netflix, quietly in the living room. Noise will never be an issue in this house.
