Hello, I am Looking for a roommate to rent out the master bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment located in La Mesa, San Diego. Move-in Date would be January 1st. I’ve lived here for two years and the previous tenant was my friend who is moving to Hawaii for school at the end of the year.

It is on the first floor of a two story apartment. Quiet neighborhood, near Helix high school. Pretty quick to get on the 8 and 94 highways. I like to keep the living area relatively clean as you can see in the photos, and am looking for someone who can do the same. The master bedroom being rent out also has a lock on it, and is the room pictured in the photos. You’ll have access complete access to the kitchen and restroom.

Lease is month to month. We split utilities and internet, usually comes out to 60 per person. There is one parking spot included. Usually before 5pm street parking is easy to find. My old roommate and I had a system where I’d leave the spot open for him during the week and he’d let me have it when I got off work late on the weekend nights. I’m sure we could figure something similar out.

No parties or loud music to disturb the other neighbors as this is complex is predominately families. Room is perfect for an independent person.

I’m 30 years old and work mostly late nights downtown as a bartender. Despite coming home late, I still make sure to keep my noise level down as to not bother anyone. My old roommate worked as a teacher.

I grew up in San Diego and enjoy watching and playing sports. I mostly keep to myself and am very respectful of shared spaces
