This spacious mansion, built in 1917, is a 5-minute drive downtown. It is 1 mile to Saint Mary’s hospital, 1.4 miles to Waterbury hospital, and the Brass Mill Mall.

Your bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, writing desk, closet and a portable heater/fan.

The common spaces include a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and shared bathroom. A free washer and dryer are in the basement.

The occupants are working professionals composed of men and women. They are mature and respectful of each other. We have quiet hours from 11 pm - 7 am daily, and other house rules to ensure the comfortability of everyone.
