am not the owner of the house I’m in charge of collections the rent money from the tenants that are renting the rooms in the house all rooms are furnished ,washer and dryer are unavailable the other room will be in another listing The rent is 1400 I have 2 rooms available in total is 5 rooms so it’s divided 1400 into how many individuals in the household And the landlord pays 200 of light and 50 of water if we go over 200 or 50 we split the amount of what we went over into everyone Security deposit of 140 will have to be given and will be issued back to you when you decide to leave the room in good condition and a pro rated rent will have to be given also for this month of December and until the 1st the full rent is due No smoking inside the house you would have to step out side and you are allowed to drink just don’t go crazy or your will be evicted we are all peaceful here in this household so we looking for someone that’s responsible and clean
