Furnished bedroom for rent in shared McMinnville house

Looking for roommate to share my house. You would have a large primary suite with private bath in the house (approx 350 sf?). We would share the main kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor spaces and laundry area.

What I love about the house: Large front porch and back deck great for hanging out. Amazing yard with large trees, pond/fountain, raised vegetable beds, small greenhouse space, grill, patio, etc. The house has been used as a bed and breakfast for many years, so it has a lot of comfortable spaces and a lot of charm. There’s a gas fireplace in the livingroom.

Our agreement: We would work out House Rules that would work best for us and stick to them. The room is available now. I am asking $950/mo utilities/internet/cable included. I am trying to find the best fit for the space so that the living arrangement works out well for the both of us.

non-smoker (or outdoor-only smoker) please.
pets are not out of the question, but this requires some conversation as I and my current housemate have pets.

About the roomies

About me: I’m in my early 50s. I work in academia, out of the home M-F. I enjoy cooking and entertaining and listening to music. I also enjoy yardwork and craft projects. My home is comfortable, clean and quiet. I have a dog. There is a small apartment in the house currently rented by another housemate in her late 30s, who also has pets. The household is quiet and peaceful.
