Hi. I am looking for someone to take over my 2 bedroom 2 bath lease starting Oct 20. I am moving and my current lease ends in January. As a roommate you would be grandfathered in to my lease which you could extend. The rent is 3250 plus approximately another 100-150 in building fees. I would be moving November 20. So your rent would increase to 3250 starting Dec 1. You could get a second roommate or have a spare bedroom. I am trying not to break my lease due to fees. Please contact me if you are interested.
