North Whitewater Park Boulevard

(pictures will be updated with my own pictures soon(: )This is at the Whitewater Park Apartments in Boise. The buildings are 3 floor walk ups, the unit is on the second floor facing the water. The complex is pet friendly (2 pets allowed) with 30$ pet rent per pet. It also has free uncovered parking or 25$ for a covered space or garage space. The amenities in include a 24 hr gym, basketball court, 2 pools and a hot tub. It has a walking path throughout the complex and private access to the greenbelt using a gate key. It also has a dog run where you can let your pets run off leash, but plenty of grass The complex is right next to Quinn’s pond, the apartment is in building M and faces the water which can be seen from all windows in the unit. The total rent is 2280, the two smaller rooms that share a bathroom pay 660 and the master pays 960 since it is double the size room, has a large walk in closet and its own bathroom inside the room. The utilities are split between roommates. The lease began in June of last year and ends June 15 of next year, and as far as I know it can be renewed if that is wanted.

The two roommates are college age females that go to BSU and both have jobs/classes are they are generally pretty busy and quiet. I am the only one who had pets so there will be no pets in the unit anymore. They share a bathroom, and are quite clean as well, dishes rarely pile up and shared living quarters are tidy.
