Large 3,000+ sqft home. Main shared level has 2 living areas, kitchen, office area, half bathroom, and laundry area. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms that share a full bathroom and 1 master suite with a full bathroom. Large backyard. Large unfinished basement.
About the roomies
I’m planning on renting out the unfinished basement and 2 rooms upstairs. I plan on occupying the 3 remaining rooms upstairs. The 2 bedrooms upstairs will share a common bathroom. The basement has no bathroom and will have to share the bathroom as well. Laundry area on main shared level. I’m a single father with a 12-year-old son I have 50/50 which includes every weekend. I enjoy making music. I’m pretty chill, keep to myself, and love a clean environment. Must be willing to meet up in a public place first to make sure we vibe first. It’s a commitment and want to make sure it’s a fit first :)
(***Currently there are 2 rooms upstairs available at $750 per month, and an unfinished basement at $900 per month. I’m willing to make a deal if someone wanted to rent the 2 rooms upstairs together)
