I am leasing a room in 2 person townhouse/apt (1,289 sq ft.)for $1655 (utilities included, and fully furnished). I am going abroad next semester so I will be moved out by Dec. 20th. My current roommate is a senior girl who would love to meet you!

On the top-level with a full bathroom, main level includes a kitchen, living room, and a half-bath, and in the basement is a free washer/dryer as well as a larger living room with lots of space which is currently being used as a media room. Matrix is very straightforward and easy to follow, they also have an app to pay your rent online, request maintenance, or anything you need can be done through the portal. The room has a deck and if you don’t have an AC unit, I will sell/rent (whatever is easiest for you). Also if you tour, I can tell you things I’m willing to sell including couches, bedside tables, desks, etc. There is 1 other roommate (girl/senior) who is currently living there, who I will personally introduce you to. There is one parking spot in the back in which you can discuss who gets it, but there is also parking right out the door in front of the apartment/townhouse (no payment required).
