North Springfield Avenue

It’s a three bedroom apartment that’s currently being rented by myself. Classic post-break-up situation, so I’m looking for a roommate to take over my ex’s half of the lease until 5/31/23. It’s a very large space with a separate living room, dining room, and back patio area. Living room is furnished with a big couch, coffee table, and 55“ smart TV that you’re more than welcome to use.

Water, cooking gas, and garbage are all included. I’m also currently personally covering gigabit internet (Xfinity). Electric is split. Streetside parking available around us. Just got a brand new dishwasher as well!

Right next to North Ave with lots of easy bus transit around. Grocery store less than 5 minute walk away. Basement laundry (though the dryer sucks).

I’m a working professional who mostly does remote work. I’m usually holed up in my office working/tinkering with various hobbies. I like a clean apartment, reserving messes for my personal space. Big on personal hygiene in shared spaces. Shoes off household (socks and slippers recommended). LGBTQ+ household. No issues with weed, long as you smoke out back. Preferably no tobacco usage.
