The future roommate will get one bedroom and one bathroom to themselves (could be fully furnished) and of course the living room and the kitchen will be shared amongst all of us (already furnished), the living room and kitchen are fully furnished, utilities are also included with rent except electricity bill which should be divided between all of us. There is also other amenities like a rooftop patio grilling area and a lounge that all tenants have access to. All tenants get a discounted gym membership and a discount at Aurelio’s in the building. Current roommate is leaving end February and the new person will need to fill in and co-sign.

Looking for someone who will be wanting to move in March. My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate! We do not have a preference of male or female roommates. We are asking for an LGBT+ friendly roommate.
