Common space is furnished, and will be shared with one other person. Currently no one is living in the house. Shared space includes kitchen with new appliances, kitchen nook, living room and cozy fireplace & laundry area.

I’m the landlord and I will not be living on the property. It is a cozy home and will be shared with one other person. The home is currently empty and the first person living in the property will have a say in the choice for there roommate. It will not be fully rented out until about another 8 mos at least. So the person who rents this room will not have to actually share the common space for a while.
