Nathan's room

My home is located on a quiet street with little traffic. Within walking distance of Garden City Park and just a short drive from the airport, major highways, and the neighboring communities of Livonia, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, and Westland. My home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and mostly finished basement. We have laundry and a dishwasher as well! All bathrooms will be shared and roommate will have access to the entirety of the house including the garage and the backyard. The room that is available for rent is roughly 12 ft by 9 ft and also has a closet and ceiling fan, the room will not be furnished. Anything the roommate brings that cannot fit in the room can be stored in the basement for no extra charge. The entire house is a little over 1000 square feet.

Rent is $550/mo and utilities will be split evenly three ways each month (Electric, Wi-fi, and a quarterly water bill.) Ideally looking for a month-to-month arrangement but we are open to a longer term if needed.

I am a 30 year old gay male who works full time and goes to school part time. I am a musician and a gamer but try to practice my music when nobody is home. I am introverted and quiet and rarely have people over. I typically work afternoons and spend my mornings exercising and playing my saxophone.

My current roommate is a 33 year old bi male and has been staying with me for almost two years. He works full time and typically works the morning shift. He is also quiet and introverted and also tends to not have people over. He is an artist and loves to read books.

We have two dogs that stay with us. A beagle and the other dog is a bassett hound mix. Both dogs are older and spend a lot of the day sleeping, they are quiet, well mannered, and warm up to strangers quickly.
