Renting a small furnished room with 1 bed in a family orientated neighborhood. Bathroom downstairs with shower only. Access to kitchen, living room, gym in garage, & washer available for use.

I’m a hard worker, fitness trainer, & also started going to school. Quiet time is a must. Very clean & tidy, no shoes worn in the house. Renting out another room to a female who has a 4 y/o son.
