Located in southwest Arlington, this suite is in the heart of DFW in a quiet neighborhood: -10 minutes to the Arlington Highlands -20 minutes to the Ballpark/Six Flags/Cowboys Stadium -15 minutes to UTA -20 minutes to downtown Fort Worth

The space that I am looking to rent out is a private mother-in-law suite attached to a larger house. You will have 2 private entrances (one near the front and one on the side of the house) and a parking spot for 1 vehicle in the front driveway. The suite includes 3 separate spaces with a kitchenette, a large bathroom and bedroom with closet. Please note the kitchenette does not have an oven, but it does include a sink, mini fridge, microwave, single burner hot plate, and space for any other pantry items/small kitchen appliances you may have. All pictured furniture is included (with the exception of the TV and small desk located in the kitchen area).

Also no cigarette smoke is allowed inside the house; smoking outside is fine.

Howdy! I am a fun, loving Texas mama to one daughter, and I’m excited to find a renter for my space. I work full-time in the deli of a local grocery store. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, doing projects around the house and watching documentaries. I also love 70s music and the Texas Rangers.

I do not have any other renters at this time, but I am looking to rent a space in the back of my house at some point in the future.
