It’s a 4-floor house with 6 other roommates with their own private rooms. There is an en-suite bathroom that you will be sharing with only one other roommate. The house has a backyard, and parking spots, plus the laundry and the dryers are downstairs. The house is located in a safe neighborhood, and the location is incredible. It is right next to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The bus stop is right in front of the house, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to American University campus (4 mins if you are driving). You can request an in-person tour or a video call anytime to look at the place and meet the roommates!
