Jenna's room

The townhouse is a two bedroom, two and a half bath end unit in the Wateridge Circle development. The room for rent has its own private en suite bathroom. There is an attached two-car garage; one space will be dedicated for renter’s use. There is also street parking by the unit that is available for guests to use. There is included pool, park, volleyball court, and tennis court access with the unit. There is also a very nice walking trail with easy access very close by. The townhouse also includes a small private patio area and a recently upgraded kitchen. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer that will be available for the renter’s use.

The other room in the unit will be occupied by me. I’m a 28 year old female with a full time job in NGS assay development. I work full time onsite and also work part time as an online tutor from home. I’m looking for a housemate that will be respectful of shared space in the townhouse so that we can both live in a clean, uncluttered environment. Because I work from home during off hours, I need someone who isn’t a huge partier and isn’t disruptively loud. I also am allergic to most scented things so another requirement will be no perfume or aftershave worn in the house.
