Located on greenwood Ave n and 110th St. Easy access to I-5 and Aurora as well as 15th. Additionally, the light rail is 10 mins away. Great food and night life near by. My kitchen is fully stocked and the house is fully furnished aside from the private room you’d be taking. The house is duplex with quiet neighbors.

1 office room downstairs. In house laundry and a garage. 1 bathroom, shared.

Dedicated parking off street.

Rent is $1100 + Elec and internet.(roughly $80-$160 depending on season) Water and garbage are included in rent. $1000 deposit.

No pets are allowed unfortunately.

LBGTQI friendly, 420 friendly but not in the house.

I enjoy cooking, do it often and am always willing to share my meals. I am generally quiet, aside from playing a bit or guitar a couple times a week. I sometimes will have friends over but will always give warning prior. I’m usually up at 530am and home at 5pm and in bed by 10. (Quiet hours 10:30-7am) I’d hope your schedule might match.
