Note: my daughters are 13 and 10. They are with me 50% of the time in this large house. Hence the females preferred. Lowering rent to $600.

This room stays cool as it’s on the north side of the house and under trees. It faces the front of the house on the second story. This fantastic room features a built in desk area, a ceiling fan, with lights, laminate floors, and two closets. The house is a very large 80’s custom home (4700 sq feet) with a sunken living room and a large kitchen. The dining room currently has no table but a very fancy one is coming soon.

We are two miles from Buda proper and you can be at slaughter and IHthirtyfive in 7 minutes. It’s just 2 minutes to be on 35 from getting in your car to actually being on the highway. Buda has a great selection of everything, surprising for just outside Austin. Going through the neighborhood there is the Cidery then Manchanca, TX which is just the end of Manchaca Rd. There are plenty of restaurants within 2 miles.

You can also head down Highway sixteen twenty six and hit Toll road forty five West and be at William Canon and Mopac in just a few minutes (well maybe ten).

The backyard has a back house which is rented now by a cool guy with two dogs (dedicated fence). Im building a very large garden/chicken coop/bsf/worms/aquaponics/wicking beds ….. all the things. No HOA.

Upstairs there are two rooms we have for rent. You will share this bathroom with one other renter when found. No one else in this house will use that shared bathroom.

We are cool but like quiet and privacy. We are looking for a family oriented person, pretty straitlaced, yet cool, who will respect the sanctity of a home and likes quiet and peace over drama and loud. Introverted/normal/weird preferred. No smoking cigarettes on the property at all. No smoking weed via conventional papers/bong/anything on property. No vaping tobacco/nicotine at all. Vape pens of THC anything are fine if blow out window. Just trying to accommodate.

We don’t party, rarely drink.

The only real thing is that we agree that if things are not desirable for any person at any time then you or I can give 45 days notice to move out.

Our robot vacuum takes care of the all hardwood floors. I keep the kitchen very clean and Clorox-wiped at all times with rare exception. We cook meals at home regularly and value that time greatly…and you will be a part. If not, no biggie. If you’d like to put in for food and just include meals when we cook then no problem at all. I love to cook.
