Quiet, clean apartment with a spacious private room and closet. I already have a bed in the room with an adjustable base if needed. There is plenty of room for a TV or dressers in the room as well.

I am currently living by myself in a one bedroom apartment but with rent and cost of living rising, I would like a roommate. I have a career in finance and have been working in retail banking for 8 years. I am responsible, clean, and typically working, going to the gym, or going to the beach. Would love a roommate that’s also a friend, preferably female but open to a male roommate as well.
