Northeast Polk Street

Hello! I am looking for two people to share a house with me in NE Minneapolis. Rent is $900/mo each including utilities and move-in is January 1st. One person would get an office and a medium sized bedroom and the other would get a large bedroom. I am the homeowner, so there’d be no outside landlord to deal with! Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs! (Upstairs photos are old so furnishings would be different)

The house is around 1,500sq/ft on a corner lot in a quiet and extremely safe Minneapolis neighborhood. Both bedrooms for rent are on the second floor and get gorgeous East, South and West-facing light, depending on the room. We would share the common spaces on the first floor, including the kitchen, living room, and dining room (there will be another bathroom on the 1st floor soon too!) There is also a spare bedroom in case anyone has friends or family visiting! There is central air, a fenced back yard with a deck, and the house is just a couple blocks from two beautiful parks.

I’m a 26-year old professional working as a Visual Artist at an Ad agency downtown. I’m looking for people who value a tidy living space and enjoy a friendly home environment! I also have a mini Australian Shepard dog who will love you so so so much. No cats please!
