looking for a single, young professional, with no pets. rent is per month, with a dollar deposit. the house is 4 bedrooms, 3000 sq ft, in a very nice neighborhood. 3 bedrooms are occupied by 3 guys in their late 20s early 30s. we all work, and get along really well. we are looking for somebody to rent the 4th room. most of the time we are in our bedrooms entertaining ourselves. we dont have parties or anything like that, this is a quiet household and we are looking for somebody to maintain that. you will have access to the common areas of the home including the (very large) kitchen, three seperate downstairs living spaces, one half bathroom downstairs, one full bathroom upstairs (shared), one upstairs living space as well as your bedroom. only street parking is available as the garage and driveway are filled with current roomate vehicles. bills are split 25% per person. the bills usually total out to be approx $150-$200 per person per month. only 1 “master” roomate is on the lease, the 3 bedrooms are rented privately from the “master” tenant. we are looking for somebody who wants to live here for at least a year, as finding new roomates is a stressful process. the house is 420 friendly, so you may entertain yourself as you please. no illegal drugs or illegal drug use of any kind will be permitted. the home is also 2nd amendment proud, so if your offended by the presence of firearms, please keep looking for a home that will fit your needs. thank you for looking, and we look forward to hearing from you!
