MANDEE's room

My Home is a SFR with a pool. The selected person must be a Working Single Female. Preferably works in an office. I will consider a working mom with 1 or 2 smaller-ish kids as well! I will not consider an adult male. I will consider a small pet. The person would have the private master Bedroom and bath, fully furnished and with a walk-in closet.
Will have use of the kitchen, Laundry, backyard and I could clear out a part of the garage as well if needed.
The rent includes all utilities.
ideally I would like a 6 month commitment to start but Lease term can be flexible. I will add more pics later.

I am a family of 4. Myself and 3 kids (2 are teenagers- a girl 16 and boy 13 and then a 7 y/o girl) and we have 2 cats. The boy teenager is here 50% of the time and the other 2 (both girls) are here 100% of the time.
I myself have a full time job and i work from home at least 3 days a week, so I prefer someone who does not also work from home.
