Elihue Taylor's room

New, Bright and Modern house located minutes from Downtown Ferndale. Room with closet and own private bathroom 1 door down. The house has a full sized kitchen with new appliances and washer and dryer inside the house. No garage parking but you can store a bicycle and some items there, there is plenty of parking in front of the house and in the driveway. Updated bathroom with modern tile and rainfall showerhead and wand. The room is about 8ftx11ft, we will install a closet system prior to move-in and a blackout roller shade for the window. Advertised as unfurnished but we have a large height adjustable desk that has been modified to fit inside the closet to maximize space if you want it and for an additional monthly charge we can add a 55“ TV, and the sleeper sofa from the photo that turns into a queen size bed OR a Full/Queen size bed. We have 2 dogs, they are both well behaved and playful but bark when someone approaches the front door, one is a sweet and curious 6 month old puppy who will be in her kennel when we can not personally supervise her.

My name is Elihue and I work at GM, my fiance Vanessa and I are both 29 and moved here from California. During the work week I spend most of my time at work and Vanessa works from home, during the weekends we like to work on projects and explore the area.
