About the room
My condo is located on the greenbelt and within walking distance to Oldtown. It’s a nice little gem in a vibrant area. I work from home and I prefer that my roommate does not work from home. I have two cats so NO more pets. The monthly rent is $800 plus half the electric.
About the roomies
I am a retired first grade teacher. I currently work from home. I do some traveling, so there will be times when I won’t be home. When I’m traveling, I’m hoping my roomie can take care of my two cats. I will adjust the rent during those times.
