Ravine Bluff Court

The room is fairly big and has a decent sized closet. There are two floors, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a family room and kitchen downstairs. Internet and water included. Would need to pay 1/2 of the electric and 1/2 of the gas. The rest of the house if furnished and has most basics for your every day needs but I’m still getting some things. No washer or dryer. The room is currently available January- August

I’m very chill. I’m married but my wife is abroad currently so I pretty much work and sleep. I like to keep things clean and for the most part stay in my room. I don’t drink. I’m an artist and I like to flip furniture when I have the time so there are intermittent projects.
