Your room is off of the kitchen (currently being used as a workout room) which will include a private desk area in the kitchen and a hall closet and 3/4 (no bath tub) private bath. Common areas are the custom kitchen and dining and living room. The laundry room is in the garage and we have assigned laundry days. We share a huge deck that hosts incredible views! We have a front porch that over looks a mini farm! Baby goats are fun to watch! And if you like the Blue Angels you are going to love this! We have the occasional Navy jets overhead!!!
We currently have two roomies downstairs. They do not share our area upstairs. I am a single, semi -retired lady who has a small bird and a 9 year old Doberman Pincher. Ana loves children and pets. I am not here all year. I have a second home and I go back and fourth between here and Scottsdale, AZ
