Great unfurnished room(s) and a private bath in 3/2 home in managed neighborhood. Very convenient location. Minutes from Randolph AFB, The Forum, 1604/35!

Many perks including: one-story, open floor plan, high ceiling fans in every room, large kitchen, lots of cabinet storage & counter space, all tile throughout, new flooring and paint from 2020, backyard with privacy fence, separate laundry room, neighborhood pool within walking distance. Can put a separate refrigerator in the room too!

Just one 37 year old female working remotely, professional, and 2 pets are currently living on the premises. Must be fine with this and dog specifics tbd below. Also your pets can be discussed/welcomed!

Me: I try to work ~ 40 hr/week from home, big introvert and new to TX. I’m at home most of the time and usually like to stay in my room. (Hence why there isn’t really any furniture in common areas. Plenty of space to bring or store anything of yours!). I am quiet and laidback back as long you’re also quite and never do anything to alert the neighbors!

There’s also 1 old cat and 1 old dog living here. Both are indoor pets and non-negotiable.
JFYI - Dog is a senior midsized mutt, but often mistaken for a large or Pit-Bull breed dog.. Must be 100% pet and breed friendly! You may encounter them both more than you do me: The pets: The cat likes to stay in the laundry/one of the other open rooms on “your side” (hence why I’m not renting them both out right now) and the dog follows me or whomever is in the house. He is a very social dog! He also has a big BARK you will hear if anyone knocks at the door.
