I have 2 available, unfurnished rooms for rent. Month-to-month. The room will be available on 2/1/24. I have 1 male roommate, who is in his mid-20s. We are working professionals and very easygoing, and we get along well together and hang out from time to time.

Looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. No pets. No smoking in the house (only outside).

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES: -My roommate in the second upstairs bedroom is a musician/graduate student at UNLV.

PROPERTY: This property is a 4 bedrooms/3 bath home and is 1453 sq ft. The living room and kitchen is fully furnished and roommates will have full access to common areas and appliances. Garage will function as an additional living room space.

BACKYARD: The backyard is fully paved with outdoor seating, firepit, and string lights along the wall.

ROOMS: I have 1 bedroom upstairs, with a shared bathroom. I have 1 bedroom downstairs, with a private bathroom.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Located within the masterplanned community of Cadence in Henderson, enjoy acres of walkable parks, streets, and trails. There is a community pool, outdoor fitness court, and a 50-acre central park with daily food trucks. 1 mile away from Smith’s and other food/retail locations. 10-15 minute drive from Lake Las Vegas, Wetlands Park, and Lake Mead National Conservation Area. Very safe and quiet neighborhood with nightly community patrol.
