PENDING Private unfurnished master bedroom with own attached bathroom in a nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Well managed apartment complex with HOA. Has lots of amenities included such as pool, hot tub, small gym, and tanning booth. In unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Second floor apartment with balcony, option to add a separate garage for extra money. One covered parking spot per apartment and lots of other parking spaces around the complex; parking is never an issue for us. Located near grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations and tons of food options. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 Am. Working central heater and AC. Wi-Fi and PG&E are split evening among roommates. Common areas will be furnished with main kitchen appliances, tv and stand, couch, and table. Your private room is the master bedroom with an attached private bathroom. The room measures 11 feet by 15 feet. There’s plenty of storage space in the bathroom and a large closet with sliding glass doors in your room. There’s a large closet in the front of the apt that will be shared, as well a closet on the balcony. We currently have a 2 year old cat; pets up to 25 pounds are allowed in the complex. Cat is playful and friendly and does well with other cats.

2 roommates, we are a fun and loving LGBTQ+ couple in our early twenties. We both work full time and will be going back to college soon. We are clean and responsible but also down to have a good time. We only ask that you pay bills on time, clean up after yourself, and respect common spaces. We are pretty chill, you do you.
